Occasionally I post blog articles of a science or health nature - usually for the purpose of debunking some pseudoscience. Some of them can be found here.
I have a standard deal for anyone that holds to an anti-science position on anything. I call it my "pick two" rule.
The deal is that you pick your BEST two objections for pretty much anything that has a good, robust scientific consensus. I'll debunk those two objections - thoroughly. If I can do so, you agree to modify your position on the issue.
Deal?
The point of picking only two objections and making them your BEST objections is to avoid a gish gallop. If I can discredit your best objections, then your other objections are likely to be weaker. We can then move on to examining the actual evidence and see where that leads, rather than concentrating on cherry-picked data.
The two articles in the anti-vax series are examples of one such challenge. The challenger has thus far not engaged with the debunking and still holds to her anti-vax claims - including the two I have debunked.
